PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
When you give 10X Solutions your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your service — including scheduling and job updates — and a request for feedback or an online review after your service is complete.
This is a customer service and transactional messaging program. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
HOW YOU OPT IN
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing, verbally or in writing, to receive text messages from us when you book or receive service.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or that you have the subscriber's permission to enroll it.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your service. You can typically expect one to three messages per job.
COST
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

IF YOUR NUMBER CHANGES
If you give up, change, or transfer your mobile number, please let us know so we do not text a number that no longer belongs to you.
CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary and is subject to change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
PRIVACY
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.10xsolutionsplumber.com/privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
